Unemployment benefits are getting extended again. Congress just passed a new bill to extend benefits an additional 7 weeks (13 weeks if your state's unemployment is over 6%). This is in addition to the extension earlier this year. Bush is going to sign it now, so it should kick in very quickly. For more, go to Unemployment Extension.
Every state is different so make sure you check out the website for your particular State Unemployment Benefits.
